Not everyone can teach. A particular set of skills is required to be a good teacher.
First of all, a person who wants to be a teacher in the future must know his place. This individual has to have in mind that he is no longer with his equals. Therefore, the relationships between him and the students should be as such. Since an abnormal interpersonal relation with a pupil could lead to trouble. So if someone is looking forward to teach, his acting must fit his role.
Second, a nice teacher must encourage his students to learn as much as they can. Helping them with their weak pionts and cheering their strengths, instead of punishing the ignorance, as some other people tend to do. In that way, a better learning eviroment is developed and because of that, the students will be more interested in learning the subject-matter. So the teacher should pushthe students to give the most of them in order to improve the class.
Finally, if anybody wants to teach, the most iportant quality to have at the time to perform as teacher is patience. Because none of the other characteristics are important if the one who is teaching has no patience at all. In fact, if the person does not have patience or is unable to be calm, even in the most annoying situations, he would not be able to teach properly. Leading to a very uncomfortable learning enviroment.
In conclusion, whoever wants to teach, needs to have a really special list of attributes.

Blog No 7/8 - School v/s University life
School and university are both learning stablishments where you spend several years of your life and have a lot of things and aspects in common. However, there are also a handful of facets that distinguish one from another.
In the university the learning enviroment is less stressful than the one from schools. Or so should it be, since in the academy you just have to study what you decided to, oppositely of what it is in schools where the children are forced to study every subject-matter. Although, even if the students decide what to study, it is their responsability to fulfill the assignments, because there will be no other to tell you what to do than yourself. The atmosphere is also more relaxed due to the lack of obligation to attend to every class. So even if the university is something new, it can be easier than school.
With the begining of a new cycle, it comes a new self too. Because of the new place you enter when you start going to the university, you can be a better version of yourself correcting the little problems you may have had in school. Nonetheless, you will soon have to face the new problem: New people. With new people comes different styles and personalities. Therefore to coexist with your new classmates in this "new life", you should grow more tolerant. In that way you will evolve into a new person in this very different stage of life.
Flexible schedules make a big difference. Unlike the timetable in school, the flexible hour hands that you acquire allow you to organize in a better way your daily life. With them people can easily plan activities with distinct times. In that way, people have a unique way to orginize their necesities.
So even though school and university have several similarities , they also have unique sides that makes them unique.

Blog Post No. 6 Enviromental issues: Overhunting
There are a lot of enviromental issues around the globe, most of them caused by us, the people. One of these is the overhunting a practice that must be stopped before we regret it.
The excessive hunting in the course of the last decade has damaged the variety of species all over the planet. Some of animals that have gone completely extinct are for example the black rhino or the clouded leopard. A different group that have not been deleted from the planet, are those that are endangered, which, if not carefully protected, will desappear and join the previously mencioned group. A well known exemplification of these, are the buck, and the condor. There are more examples like the african elephant. So thanks to the non decreasing hunt of animals, the diversity of these has been distrubed in a way that can not be fixed.
The opportunities to save the endangered species are available, but just if the people take measures. Now a days it exist a demand for exravagant items to adquire like furs or ivory. To this kind of purchasers there is a big producer: the black market. If the authorities really care about the well-being of the wild nature, more money should be invested in affiliations to protect the animals. In Africa there are plenty of these asociations who hire people to make guard and guard against hunters.
The right things to protect the threatened species are at the reach of the hand, we only have to take action.
The excessive hunting must be ceased in order to take care of the endangered species.

Blog Post No. 4 and 5 Health in Chile
The chilean health care system has proven to be one of the most efficient in the world.
There is a variety of ways to get access to a medical insurance. People can choose between the private or the public plan. To opt for the private service (which are called Isapres in Chile), a person has to prove that earns more than a million pesos a month. For the people that earns less than that, Fonasa it's their choise. The Fonasa's medical care system have several categories starting from range A (people without resourses) to D (people with the highest co-payments) and a last one called "libre elección" that is for people who want to be able to get a private health care system. So people has a pretty big selection from where to choose a medical system.
The effectiveness of the chilean health program is related to the priorities of the government. It exists a regulation that states that about 80 different medical procedures are completly paid by the government. That regulation includes over 56 different illnesses. Some of them are several types of cancers, HIV, kidney failures, etc. Being all of these deseases, the ones with the biggest impact in the chilean society. So thanks to the emphasis put by the regency, the chilean health care has shown to be very virtuous.

Blog Post No 3- Paragraph Writing Assessment
Music has a very important role in our daily life, depending on the stage or the situation we are living. Most people listen to music very often to "disconect" from the world to forget all of their worries, or to have a good time. Others could make a living out of it, composing symphonies, a rock band or a soundtrack for a game, a movie, etc. There're also people who carry out rituals and use music to conect with the nature, such as natives like the mapuches. The fact that almost everybody is related to the concept of music makes it something of great value to our lives.
For me, music is not as important as eating. Not like it's for other people that often say "I can't live without music!" or so. But it's not irrelevant at all. The impact that music has had in my life is a little different compared to other people, being an enjoyable thing, but just for the moment. I mostly use music to feel identified with an emotion, looking for melodies that my head translate into strong feelings, like when I'm in love, I want to listen to love songs, so in that way, the feeling gets more intense. So for me, when it comes to music, it's not really a need but I can't imagine myself without music either.

Post No. 2 Free Theme
My style? Actually.. none.
So, Hi again, I'm Álvaro Rojas, and today I shall present to you my opinion about styles.
When it comes to styles, there are a lot of them, and they can be classified in different generes, such as music, ideas, ways of talking or clothing, and I'm going to center in the last one.
When we talk about other people clothes, what do we look for? What are we really doing when we worry about the way other person dressed himself? What I think we are doing is judging, we are creating a prejudice that can make us look people in a way that they don´t deserve, and just because we are scared of them or we do not comprehend. I'll give you an example: When you pass near a rock concert and you look at the fans, all dressing black shirts or leather jackets, what is the first thing common people think? They think "Oh, be careful with those metal-heads, they're all dangerous people!", but in that whole crowd of people can be composed by students of medicine, engineers, teachers, etc, they are not bad people, they're all just being missjudged.
This people is being missjudged because people is affraid of things they don't understand, and I'm not talking about aliens, or ancient civilizations, it's just people attending to a concert and I gave that example because I've been in that situation. The discrimination to things we do not understand it's not justified and we should not think bad of other people just for the way they dress, or the music they lisent to. That's why when people ask me what is my style I just answer "I'm not from any style".
Post No. 1 Autobiography
Hi, I’m Álvaro Rojas Caamaño. I was born and
raised in Santiago, Chile and I’m going to talk about myself.
I
am 18 years old, and I live with my elder brother, my twin brother, and my
parents. I’ve been living in Santiago since I was bron, but when I was between
4 and 12 years old we would often visit my grand mother in Curicó, where I
could also see my cousisns and my uncles and aunts.
When
I was a little kid I went to the school Francisco de Miranda, where I made
Friends for the first time. I went to that school unitl 6th grade
but my parents started to dislike the school because it was not what they
expected for my education so they decided to move me from that school to a better one. This one was called La Fontaine,
where I arrived at 7th grade. It was a surprise to find out that in
that class me and my brother were not
the only twins, but there were also 2 other pair of twins!
It was in this school where I graduated, but it was also the place where I could do my hobbies, such as playing football in the baby football work-shop and practicing english in the english work-shop, that was very special for me, since just like in the university, spanish was forviden and it was pretty fun. It was in that work-shop where I met the love of my life, Amira, that is now my girlfriend. So.. Sadly, now I'll have to end the post because there's not much left to talk about me, I hope you liked it and we'll see in the next post. Goodbye!
